Fail to uninstall Power Automate Desktop

Hi ,

I want to downgrade desktop version to 2.28. I am using 2.3 now.
When uninstall the desktop , it says uninstall successfully, however, it still there and doesn't allow me to install the 2.28 version.

Could anyone help please?

Hello @SpencerCai

If it is not installed also you can able to install newer version. Just open the setup and install then it will replace the newer version if already installed.

If works mark as solution, so others will get help

Hi Ahammad,
Thank you for your answer. Unluckily it doesn't show up "Setup".
When I double click the downgrade version, it only says to close because the pc already installs a higher one.

Have you tried restarting your machine? Also, it might make sense to stop all Power Automate services before uninstalling to make it smoother.

If rebooting doesn't change the situation, try to install the latest version again and then uninstall it once more after stopping all related services.

Try to delete files from programs folder, i mean c folder after that try to uninstall it may help you.
