It's possible that the web page element ID will be variable, so every time your RPA tries to extract data it can't find it.Would it be possible to review the detail of the item you are trying to extract? That way it would be easier to provide help.

Consider to use "Flow control -Wait(less preferred)" or "Wait for web page content" or "If web page contains" and capture your element which you want to capture/extract on your web pages.
