Copilot no longer responds in Teams

We have a chatbot created in Copilot Studio that is using only the Teams channel.  This has been working great for months.  Over the weekend the chatbot stopped responding to any user input.  No changes were made to the chatbot or Teams settings.  Everything still works as expected in Copilot Studio, but anyone attempting to interact with the App in Teams is met with silence.  

 

Users have tried accessing the bot in both Old and New Teams as well as Teams online all with the same outcome.  This chatbot is only available through Teams.
