Hi ,
I’m facing an issue with Copilot Studio code‑enabled prompts and would appreciate guidance from anyone who has encountered something similar.

I have created a Prompt in Copilot Studio with Code enabled = ON. The prompt performs document review logic (using Python internally). When I test the prompt directly using the Prompt test pane, it works as expected and generates the correct output.

I then integrate the same prompt inside a Topic and trigger it using an Agent flow (tested through the chat/agent). When the agent flow executes the prompt: The prompt step completes without showing an explicit error But the output is empty ({}) or sometimes no usable output is returned. The agent may still display a generic or interactive message, but the actual prompt output is not available

Are code‑enabled prompts fully supported when triggered via Agent flow, or only in prompt test mode? Is there any special configuration required for outputs to be returned correctly from code‑enabled prompts in Topics?

Any guidance, official documentation references, or confirmation from Microsoft would be very helpful.
