Hi Everyone!
I am currently working on creating a bot that is capable of initiating outbound calls to users. I have tried following the MS learning resources for Enabling Voice in PVA and installed/used the following extensions/licenses:
- Started Dynamic 365 trial for the Bot
- Installed the Omnichannel for Customer Service, Omnichannel Power Virtual Agent Extension, Omnichannel Telephony Power Virtual Agent Extension
- Has 60 minutes available for Demo
- Created Workstream and Voice Channel, and added the Bot in the Workstream
However, cannot still figure out how to add/give voice to the bot. Any suggestions? Please note that I am currently utilizing the trial version of licenses, as I am not certain whether acquiring a specific license would satisfy my requirements.
P.S: I'm getting an error "An unexpected server error occurred." in the PVA details, this happened after installing the mentioned extensions.
Also, I cannot find the "manage" option in the extensions from the Power Platform admin center, is it because I don't have admin privileges?
