    Hello,

Please check the version of WinAutomation and ensure that you have 9.2.1 installed.

Link to download the latest version: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2133567

Additionally, please clarify and provide screenshots where does it show greyed out.

    Hello,

In case WinAutomation Console is grayed out, there is a high chance that the WinAutomation license has been unassigned/de-registered from the Machine ID. For more details, please refer to the forum below:

    Hi there,

I believe I'm experiencing the same problem.

Installed version is 9.2.1.5758, tested both with a trial license and with "Power Automate per user with attended RPA plan" applied.

In the "Account" tab of the "Options" sections I see "username@domain.com". I've chosen PowerAutomate licensing during installation, of course.

Already tried to uninstall, reinstall, use the fixes in Softomotive "Support Tips" page, deleting GlobalSettings.dat file and all "WinAutomation" folders.

    Please advise!

    Thanks

    AB

I'm having the same exact issue grayed out with username@domain.com as the "Microsoft Account"

Hello everyone, I have the same problem on my laptop with windows 7 SP1. I tried installing it on a windows 10 laptop and it worked. But according to the system requirements in windows 7 it should work.
