when using flow to create item in another list, the output was displayed duplicate items

Hi, 

 

I was build the flow to trigger when submit new form in list A, the item will also create in list B. example of the flow below :

So when i submit a new form in List A, the item also create in List B, for example below , when i submit the form in List A,

then, the problem is the flow trigger to create duplicate item in list B.

kindly assist me to solve this problem

    Hi @ladyana2288,

     

    Could you please share a full screenshot of your flow's configuration?

     

    I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. My flow's configuration as below:1.JPG

    The flow works successfully as below:2.JPG

    Please check if the duplicate items are created in list B within one flow run history and make sure that you create one item in list A. In addition, please check if there is another flow could achieve same goal when a new item is created in list A on your side.

     

    Also please consider take a try to re-create your list A and list B, then re-create the flow and check if the issue is solved.

    i found that i have create another flow for another leave. That's why the items in list was duplicated.
