    Hi @David_Brutman ,

You can change the look and properties using Html, Css and Javascript: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/change-your-power-virtual-agents-default-canvas-bot-icon-and-name/

Regarding the location, you can implement a JavaScript file to read the user location.

Thanks, can I deploy the bot so it is launched as a small bot icon on the screen with a welcome message but not as a full screen?

    Hi @David_Brutman ,

    Yes, sure!

You can customize in your Custom Website because is an iframe component and you can create a CSS and JavaScript files to improve the size, colors, icons and something like that.
