The way you used the variable in the first screenshot unfortunately will not work.
Please go to your custom prompt and add placeholders for the text or images you need. You don’t need to use PowerFx for this, just add normal fields using Add content button.
See my example below.
After you do this and saved it and closed it, the Run a prompt action in Power Automate will show these fields, and you can populate them with your variables (dynamic content). Don’t use AdditionalContext for this, keep it empty.
