Hello there,

I've been trying to use the Create Event (V4) (by Outlook) connector in order to create an event on behalf of another user (given that I already do have a 'send on behalf of' permission. Unfortunately, the connector (unlike the email one) doesn't have a from field as shown:

Would like to know an alternative way to do this. TIA

Hi @Renad ,

I think the trick here is that you already select the calendar, making the calendar owner the meeting owner. Let's say someone would create an event in your personal calendar, that still makes you the owner of the event.

Hi @Renad ,

The "send on behalf of" permissions you mentioned in the opening post are most likely for mailbox, not for the calendar. Try sharing the calendar with your account to have it show up in Power Automate: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/share-your-calendar-in-outlook-2fcf4f4f-8d46-4d8b-ae79-5d94549e531b
