Agent Web Part Behavior Issue on SharePoint Homepage

Hi everyone,

 

Until last week, when we clicked an agent web part on the SharePoint site homepage, the chat panel on the right side would open with the selected agent.

 

However, starting this week, regardless of which agent web part is clicked, the chat that appears on the right side is always the SharePoint site agent instead of the selected agent.

 

When the right-side chat does not load the selected agent, we are unable to use the specific functions configured for that agent. We have tested this multiple times by clicking different agent web parts and reconnecting SharePoint to the agents, but the issue persists.

 

Does anyone know why this is happening and how we can fix it so that the right-side chat opens with the selected agent?

先週までは、SharePointサイトのホームページで指定のエージェントWebパーツをクリックすると、右側に該当エージェントの会話欄が表示されていました。

しかし今週から、指定のエージェントWebパーツをクリックすると、該当エージェントではなくサイトエージェントの会話欄が表示される事象が発生しています。

また、指定のエージェントの機能も、SharePointサイトのホームページ上では正しく動作していない状況です。(図)
 

エージェントとSharePointの再接続を行っても改善しません。

複数のエージェントで同様の現象が確認されています。

 

これはSharePoint側の仕様変更やシステム調整によるものでしょうか。

SharePointホームページ上で、指定したエージェントを正しく表示させるための設定方法をご教示することは可能でしょうか。

    We have exactly the same issue which appeared recently. I have been trying to find a solution to the issue but I without success. I can see other users are reporting this same problem.
     
    Did you come up with a solution?
     
    Is there a way we could escalate this?

    Hi,
     
    We were not able to find a solution for this issue. But have come up with a workaround for this to keep using the custom copilots by setting a quick link in sharepoint which points to the specified agent. This can open a new tab with the custom agent which works for now until the above issue is resolved.

    About escalating, my way is to send a request to Microsoft support for asking why this issue happens.

    After multiple reports it looks like Microsoft have resolved the issue - agent links seems to work as intended again.
