Handle files in virtual desktop (RDP)

I'm quite new to this, so I may be overlooking something simple, but I'm trying to create a flow that finds files in a folder from a remote desktop, to which I'm connected through RDP.

I installed the agent for virtual desktops, but I can't figure out nor find info about how to properly manipulate files in that device.

As I said, 90% of the issue I'm having will be solved if I can use the action Get Files in Folder in the virtual desktop, as I want to copy come according to the data on an excel file.

Anyone knows if this is possible?

I have the same question (0)

Have you tried using the full UNC path to the directory that you are targeting?

The agent is mainly needed to be able to capture UI elements on the remote device. I don't think it really gives you any access to the file system there.

I tried, but the drives are not shared to the network for safety reasons, nor am I on the same network.

Something else I thought of, is mapping the remote drives to my local PC, but couldn't find a way to do so, that didn't require sharing a folder or drive. I know the opposite can be done, but that's not too helpful for what I'm trying to achieve. I just hoped there could be a program that could achieve that functionality through the RDP connection, but looks like it can only be done to share the client's drives to the server, but not the other way arround.

No, as far as I know, you cannot really work with local files on the remote desktop via the agent.
