SharePoint Link triggering Login Each Time

Hi,

I am looking to see if there is a solution for this problem:

For one of the columns in the list it is a link that points to a pdf that is stored in a different library within Sharepoint. Each time someone is in powerapps and clicks a different link for each item it triggers that person to login. Is there a way to make it so they do not have to login each time? So when they click the links it doesn't trigger them to login to sharepoint? Open to suggestions.

Thank you!

    Hi @PAB,

I just tested with a similar app and I cannot reproduce your issue. After I click on the link in the app, it will auto sign in to the related library with my account and since I have the permission to view the pdf, it will open successfully. Is this library in the same site collection with this list in SharePoint? Where did your user use the app? On mobile/tablet/web/pc studio? After I click on the link on windows studio, it will open the pdf from web and since I have the auto login setting on my broswer before, it opens the pdf directly.

    Regards,

    Mona

    Hi,

Thank you for your response, I think it may be because our SharePoint site is connected to active directory and it prompts the user to login. I found that you can select remember my login and it does not prompt you as much.

    Thank you for your advice!
