Query around a use case to check on automation

I work EDU Support and I'm looking for support around a automation Idea. Basically I want to create an agent that does some automation work for me. However, I see lot of restriction and could not get around it. Is there someone who can help me get this working from Microsoft. Preferably an FTE?
