I have Power Apps Application published for everyone in Organization globally, But many users in US region are getting issues while accessing the Application via Mobile.

Error Message is as shown in below screen grab,
Repetitive Sign in ErrorRepetitive Sign in Error

We have OKTA Sign in integrated, this Error message is irritating for users, and for many it keeps on repeating more than 3times, in end it works at 3rd or 4th attempt.

What more strange is I am not able to replicate this issue from my side(India region)

Any reason why such behavior occurs.
@davidni Please take a look at this and let me know if you have any insights about this behaviour.

    Hi @NikhilVaze94 ,

Does the  InPrivate mode browser make any sense?

User is using PowerApps Mobile App that also for first time in their device, and which is why issue with cache does not make sense.

As this is Mobile App we don't have any control over Promts specification or any such behaviors as well

    Hi @NikhilVaze94 ,

This means that a user is not signed in. This is a common error that’s expected when a user is unauthenticated and has not yet signed in.
If this error is encouraged in an SSO context where the user has previously signed in, this means that the SSO session was either not found or invalid. This error may be returned to the application if prompt=none is specified.

Reference from Azure AD Authentication and authorization error codes

Few solutions to this error are

    • Try using InPrivate mode.
    • Clearing the browser cache – which would force the user to enter the authentication information again, which then would get a new token.

    Hope this helps.

    Sik
