Power Platform Admin Center – B2B Guest Admin Cannot See Environments in External Tenant

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Power Platform Admin Center visibility when accessing it as a B2B guest.

In our own company tenant, I can see and manage all environments without any problem.

However, we also have B2B collaboration access to an external tenant, where:

My account is added as a B2B gues

I am assigned the Power Platform Administrator role in that external tenant

Despite this, when I open the Power Platform Admin Center, I only see environments from our home tenant.

I do not see any environments from the external tenant, and therefore cannot manage them.

My questions:

Is it expected behavior that B2B guest admins cannot see environments in the Power Platform Admin Center?

Are there additional roles, permissions, or settings required in the external tenant?

Does Power Platform Admin Center fully support administration via B2B guest accounts, or is a native account required?

Any clarification or official documentation references would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

    Hello,

even with PP Administrator role in external tenant, Power Platform Administration page goes default to your home tenant. There are two things that we need to remember: Administration page is not supporting switching context (like Azure in different services) and also... it's designed around tenant only.

So... it will always show you and allow menage only those environments in tenant that you are signed into by default. And you can't switch directory.

    How to access External Tenant?
You must force the browser to authenticate in tenant you want to see. Usually you can use just tenant ID in link, like this:
    https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/?tid=[External_Tenant_ID]

Either you can use incognito or private window.
Some links that may be useful in overall understanding this:
