PASOPA and .Net 7.0?

I'm interested in trying the PASopa tool for managing code in Power Apps.  The tool lists .Net Core 3.1 as a prerequisite which is now end of life.  Will PASopa run on .Net 7.0?

It's part of Power platform CLI. Did you check here?

    It recommends .NET 6.0 there.
