The request failed. Error code: '502'. Error Message: 'BadGateway'.

Hello.

 

Please kindly assist. One of my flows fail when it get to one of its approvals. It was working yesterday and I did not make any changes. However this morning it gives the error message, "The request failed. Error code: '502'. Error Message: 'BadGateway'."
