I've tried looking everywhere but I can't find any information on this.
Is there a way to hand off chats to agents on Teams? So the agents will be sat on Teams and get a pop up sayin accept decline the chat.
Handing off to a Live Agent normally requires the use of the Dynamics Omnichannel for Customer Service. But you can build your own custom engagement hub.
