Hi Team,

We have a "Start an Approval" flow and it is working fine as expected with correct response from outlook email approve/reject button clicks. Is it possible to trigger the same start an approval response from any buttons click (approve/reject buttons) which is placed in the SharePoint list > customized > Form > buttons.

ie) I have two buttons in the SharePoint list > customized Form > Approve and Reject buttons (similar as outlook email)

When approver clicks Approve/Reject - It should invoke/trigger same response which is already sent for approval in outlook email.

So that the request should resume with the response (approve/reject) and should work similar as it was worked on outlook email button clicks.

Please advise me.

    Hi @Anonymous,

I afraid that there is no way to  trigger the response of start an approval flow from SP PowerApps form button instead of outlook email button in Microsoft Flow currently.

We use the approval email to notify the approver that there is a Approval Request required to be approved.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

    Best regards,
