Working Agent Suddenly Broken: SystemError

Tried forcing a reset. Agent working in Teams is unresponsive beyond error message for days now. 

Our error reads:

Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: xxxxx. Time (UTC): 3/17/2026 7:10:30 PM.

 
Looks like we aren't the only ones to encounter this:
 
 
 
 
Anyone know the fix?

    Try to use the command /debug clearstate, and remove and include again the agent on teams.

    If not worked, please open a ticket with microsoft to check internally.
