How to get Copilot Studio tenant license.

I have Copilot Studio license (25k messages) which is provided by my IT team under a dedicated environment. How will I be able to get a tenant license for myself so that I can assign user license for my team mates to co-develop agent together?

    Hello,
    You can’t personally obtain or transfer a Copilot Studio license to other users. License provisioning is strictly tenant-level, which means an IT or licensing admin must purchase or allocate additional Copilot Studio licenses and then assign them to specific users, along with granting the proper Copilot Studio Author role in the environment. Even if you have your own message pack or high usage quota, you cannot provision licenses for others—Copilot Studio capacity is not per-environment, not transferable, and not end-user assignable.
