Need help to fix this error

Flow save failed with code 'DynamicOperationRequestClientFailure' and message 'The dynamic operation request to API 'microsoftforms' operation 'GetQuestions' failed with status code 'Forbidden'. I am trying to save a flow that was shared to me. The flow was created by a team mate who left the company and i have fixed the connections but its not allowing me to save.
