Save the pdf attachments in Outlook

Hello everyone,

I want to set the rule whenever I received email from my boss with attachments, those attachments will auto save in the folder that I have created and I want to save the pdf file or excel file only. But when I set flow in Power automate, It will save all files (include both jpg and png that I don't want to) and I don't know how to set rule to omit those png and jpg files.

Please help me.

Hi @Anna_Phuong

You can add a condition to determine whether the attachment name ends with . pdf or . xlsx end.
Create a new file if the condition is met.
