HI

I have made my first FLOW, a time sheet flow that saves the time and date to a share point list that is triggered by a button on my phone.

I now want to share this with my employees (5) that are out on site.

My question is can I just share this with them (they do not have a licence for 356 as they would never use it as they are not office based)

    Hi @Ginger1971,

     

    You said that “they do not have a licence for 356”, I assume that they are not under your Office 365 tenant.

    I am afraid that it would be not possible to share your flow with them. Flow is currently not able to be shared with external users.

    Besides, if they don’t have a license for Microsoft Flow, they won’t be able to use flow on their side.
