Hi,
I would like to give me team members a permission to edit the bot I've created.
but their email addresses are not found in the sharing section.
and it says, it has to be an security group.
I've already published and shared with my org; everyone can find the bot on 'built for org' section, but I am the only person can change, edit and save the bot.
please let me know what to do to make the team members edit the bot.
thanks!
Hi @KaylaOh ,
To share and collaborate a bot with users in Teams, there's also a document:
Your permissions are determined by your Microsoft Teams roles in the team where your copilot is created:
To share your copilot with other users for collaboration, you need to add them to your team.
Best regards,
You can only share a copilot with security groups. You can't share with individual users directly.
You can manage individual user access by adding or removing users from the security group.
How can I make a security group??
thanks for the comment Jeffer,
but its not a web, its Microsoft Copilot Studio within Teams so.. if i try to do the same, it does not work.
I cannot add an individiual with the email address, only available for security group..
what can i do?
