Filter view on synchronized emails, tasks and appointments

Hello,

I am looking for a way to create system views that filter on activities that are synchronized.

I think I have found globalobjectid column that signifies that an appointment has been synchronized.

Email, how do you see it on a record that it has been/is synchronised?
Tasks?

I look in sql, power automate etc on records that are synchronized but this seems hard to fint.

Kindly,
S

If your requirement is to report on or filter synchronized activities:
    • Appointments: Use GlobalObjectId Contains Data as the most practical indicator.
    • Emails: No reliable synchronization field is available out of the box.
    • Tasks: No reliable synchronization field is available out of the box.
For long-term reporting and filtering requirements, the recommended approach is to create a custom field (for example, Is Synchronized) and populate it through

a plugin, Power Automate flow, or custom integration logic based on your synchronization criteria.

This provides a supported and reliable field that can be used in system views, Advanced Find, Power BI, and other reporting tools.

In summary, while GlobalObjectId can be useful for appointments, there is no equivalent supported synchronization indicator for emails or tasks that can be

directly leveraged in Dynamics 365 system views.
