Unable to connect with knowledge base - confluence cloud

Hello Team,

 

I am trying to create an agent using co-pilot studio. I want to establish connection with confluence connector.

 

It was restricted with DLP policy and we followed the scania process and got enabled by power platform team. 

 

Unfortunately while trying to establish connection its routing to atlassian website and I want to configure my *.scaniaconfluence.com manually.

 

While I reached out to support team of microsoft they said it can be acheivable via admin access of microsoft 365 admin console and use it for co-pilot studio.

 

I do not know which team to reach out... for getting admin access.

 

I would appreciate if it can be routed to right team...

    If the Confluence connector is redirecting to the Atlassian website, that’s normal behavior for the standard connector .  It’s designed for Atlassian Cloud (atlassian.net) and doesn’t allow manually entering a custom domain like .scaniaconfluence.com.
     
    If Scania is using a custom domain or on-prem Confluence, we’ll likely need to create a custom connector instead of using the default one.
    For access, this would typically require help from the below internal teams:
    • Power Platform Environment Admin
    • Microsoft 365 Global Admin
    • Possibly the Azure / Entra ID team
