can we run Solution checker on managed solution ?

Unfortunately, it works for unmanaged solutions.

Ideally you run the solution checker on a unmanaged solution in your dev environment before it reaches a production environment with a managed solution. That way you can view and remediate any issues you see are important to fix or you overlooked during development.
If you really want to run the solution checker on a managed solution, what you could do is create an unmanaged solution in the same environment the managed one is on, then add all the same components from the managed solution into that new solution. You should be able to run the solution checker then - even if you can't export that solution.

The Solution checker does still run importing a managed solution as we get the email that is part of Managed Environments. But we have no way of viewing the results from the Solutions page interface.
Is that the behaviour you would expect ?
