2- I am trying to create an Agent that uses a specific Teams group chat as knowledge.
- In Copilot Studio online, there isn’t an option for me to add Teams to the knowledge section
- In the desktop Copilot, I can add Teams to the knowledge but not specific chats, it is just the whole Teams.
- I’ve watched some Youtube videos where a guy has been able to add specific group chats
- I also tried to ask Copilot chat how to add Teams group chats in Copilot Studio and it said I need an extra license but then it’s been hard to figure out
I have the Copilot for M365 addon. Are you able to advise whether I should be able to get Teams as knowledge in Copilot studio or if I need an extra license?
And, is there a way to just add specific groups/chats?
