Optimize Flow to Populate Excel Table in SharePoint

Hello everyone,

I have a flow that populates a table in an Excel Online file (the file is saved in SharePoint).
I have a JSON with several rows, and I use an "Apply to each" loop to add a row for each entry in my JSON (called Measurement).
Typically, I have between 9 and 11 rows to add.

Is there a way to optimize this process? For example:
  • Can I reduce the number of "Add a row" actions?
  • Is it possible to populate the entire table at once instead of adding rows one by one?

Thank you for your suggestions!

Yes you can enter them all at once without looping with batch actions

But if you only have like 10 rows I really recommend just going to the settings of the apply to each & turning concurrency on.

    Thank you for your reply.
The script in the video seem a bit complicated for my purpose.

I try your second option but it can't work properly because I add value in the same Excel table so there is a dependencies between rows.
I get this error (409) : "This won't work because it would move cells in a table on your worksheet.\r\nclientRequestId: XXX"

After some test I was able to get rid of this error but the order of the row is no more respected.
I gain 50% of the process time this is really nice but now I need to find a way to keep the order of my array.

    Thank you a lot !
