Hello All,

Can you please help me.

I have SP list with attachments (images). I would like to push it to collection, so I can see images offline.

However, when I do Collect function Attachments column is not created in collection.

What should I do?

Thank you in advance.

    Hi @GPronnya ,

You cannot collect Attachments - they are not part of the collection when you collect a list. The only real way of getting images offline would be to save them in a multi-line text column. The process is in this blog of mine.

Hello @WarrenBelz thank you for the link, but I still don't quite understand how to do it.

All my images are submitted to SP list via Form and Attachment control. Can have multiple images attached.

Question: How exactly should I extract value from SP Attachments column as text and and able to see offline?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi @GPronnya ,

You cannot extract the attachments offline. The reason for this is that they are actually stored in OneDrive and the attachment is a link to this (which is not available offline). The same applies to images in a SharePoint Library.

My suggestion would involve a separate multi-line text field for each image and this may not be suitable for you.

The process involves JSON conversion as per this item in the blog

You could then collect the field with the list and it will display offline.
