use only one specific trigger phrase

Hi,

I want to create a topic that is ONLY triggered, when the user asks one very specific question. (Otherwise use GenAI for the answer as usual)

At the moment, that topic will also get triggered when the user asks a kind of similar question, as the bot automatically tries to learn new/similar triggerphrases with AI... but in my case i don't want that.

So is there a way to only use the specific triggers that i manually type in?

My "Fine argomento corrente" should be your "End current argument" or similar

okay, in principle it works well, however, for some reason there will always be a second reply with GenAi, after the specific reply.

Do you also happen to have an Idea how to get rid of this second message? I only want the "test erfolgreich" message in the screenshot 😅

    Hi @Nicolas2705 ,

Please use 'Message received' as the trigger and set the trigger condition:

Can you elaborate on the use case? What is that specific question?
