I need help for voice feature in power virtual agent for both end communications in input and output field.
As in my PVA account it is only showing text input and output . Is there any other way to add voice in PVA.
Kindly help me on this or any other way.

Customers typically add a speech channels to their PVA bots by either:
The upcoming use multi-modal response authoring feature advised by @gregmarbais will offer flexibility to adjust bot behavior by channel right in the PVA canvas, so from a maker perspective, but will not introduce a native voice channel.
