There is currently no way to actually access the file system of the remote machine via the Agent. You can only access the UI of local application. So, you will not be able to use the PDF actions to get them.
Automating web browsers in a remote machine is also not available yet. It is in the roadmap for some time later this year or the beginning of next year, but not there yet.
So, in brief, this is not really available yet. The best you can do is do it using image recognition, OCR and keystrokes, but that is unstable. You would have much more luck if you simply installed PAD on the remote machine and ran the flow there directly.
