From Microsoft documentation, I can see that the ServiceNow Knowledge is mainly described for ServiceNow Knowledge Base / KB articles, including articles, comments, attachments, and knowledge article templates.
However, I could not find documentation confirming that ServiceNow CMDB structured tables can be added directly as Copilot Studio knowledge sources.
Can someone confirm whether ServiceNow CMDB structured data is directly supported as a Copilot Studio knowledge source? if yes how.
ServiceNow Knowledge Base content (KB articles, comments, attachments, and templates) is supported as a native Copilot Studio knowledge source. However, ServiceNow CMDB structured tables are not currently supported as a direct knowledge source. To use CMDB data, you must query it through ServiceNow APIs, connectors, custom connectors, or MCP tools rather than the Knowledge source experience.
