Error in agent setting up

Hi, I am using my personal (Development) environment to create agents. Environment setup looks correct. But I am getting this error in copilot studio- `This feature isn't available until your agent has finished setting up`.

The issue remains same on creating another developer environment

Hi,

Can you tell us what steps you took to create the agent and at what moment you got this error? When you described your agent to be created by AI, there is some deployment time required before you can, e.g., publish the agent.

@André Arnaud de Calavon, I'm hitting the same issue. I clicked on "Create blank agent" and selected Confirm and create to create the agent, but I get the same message and 24 hours later it's still say "This feature isn't available until your agent has finished setting up." I tried deleted the agent and start again, same blocking issue.

Hi,

When creating the agent from scratch, initially, I do see the same message as shown in the screenshot, but after about 15 seconds, it changed to Your agent has been provisioned.

Can you check with your system administrator you are an Environment Maker or Admin on the selected environment?

Yes, i have the system administrator role on the environment.

I also tried reseting the environment and again it is the same, the message just stays there...

Creating agent (blank, via prompt...) works on the other (older) environments though, in seconds like you mentioned.

I guess this environment was just not meant to be :)

Hi,

What exactly do you mean by resetting the environment? Did you redeploy it or have you tried another new environment? Is the environment where you have issues having the same apps and resources deployed as your other environments?

Environment reset:

I did not try with a new environment, i will at some point....

The environment in question is not different - or at least i did not find a siginificant difference - than multiple others we have (primarily we use these for development/test/release either for model driven apps or FO)...

Ok, i tried on a new environment and it works... The only difference was early access....

That is interesting. I just created a developer environment with the early cycle and have the same experience. However, I also have another development environment without this option enabled where it isn't working. Did you create a new development environment or e.g. a sandbox?

The new one where it works is a sandbox.
The original one where i had the issue, also sandbox i believe, at least thats what it says on "deleted environments list":
