Auto generate form using flows?

I’m tying to auto-generate a unique survey form using forms when an event happens. Basically we’re using forms to pre register people for an event and on the day of the event I want a form created automatically that is emailed to each person who registers so we can track actual attendance. Each event needs to be uniquely tracked. Any suggestions?

    Hi @russrimm,

     

    Could you provide more details about your needs?

    As far as I know, it is currently impossible to create a form through Flow. The existing action seems to only get the content submitted by the user in the forms.
