I made a copy of a flow that needs a little tweaking to be used on a different topic but when I call an action I can only the original flow.
I check on https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/ and they're not stored there.

The Flows are stored in the portal but under the default solution.
When you save a copy of the Flow it does not get put into the Default solution.
I just tried to put the Flow into the Default solution, but there does not seem to be a way to do this at this time.
Defo! The flow seems to get Stored in 'My Flows'.

Then go to 'My Flows' in the left-hand-side navigation.
By default the flow will show as 'Status Off' - which is handy! as you probably be not wanting to run a copy of the same flow as the original.
You will probably want to amend your copy and save back to the 'Solution'. - and disable your original flow.
I think that easily done - but if anyone else can helps further?
