I am building a PowerApp using Azure DevOps (features, Boards, Work Items etc). The PowerApp uses SharePoint as the source of the data.
There is an item there called "Pipelines" in the left hand menu of Azure DevOps. Can I use this to build the PowerApp - I do not have a PowerApps per user licence so I cannot access Dataverse ?
I want to use ALM as its best practice but I am not sure if I can ?
