Hi guys,

i am quite new in using powerapps. I have a "simple" question.

Is it possible to create an app that can show an excel sheet?

I have an excel sheet that shows the load of work of some machines, and i would like to have it on our terminal.

So i though if Powerapp can help me in this.

Thank you!

    Good day,

To "see" content of a excel file you need to:

    1. Format your data as a table in excel
    2. Upload it to a cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Cloud, OneDrive, etc.)
    3. Add excel to your source data (once you have PA running, on the left menu bar there is connectivity tab)
    4. Present data as a table.

As far as I remember you cannot link PA to excel file stored on SP so you have to use cloud storages.

    Hello @Masino ,

It is possible to view the content of an Excel file with the "PDF Viewer" thanks to a trick:

Thank you for sharing the solution! It's great to know the steps for viewing Excel file content in Power Automate. Your explanation clears up the confusion. Also, incorporating Lambda Functions seems like a smart way to enhance connectivity between Power Automate and Excel files. Much appreciated!
