No information displayed in Storage Capacity Usage - Power Platform Admin Center/Resource/Capacity

Hi

I have a weird issue where I can't seem to see any information on how much capacity is in use on Database, File or Log in Storage Capacity Usage.

Is this happening due to lack of permissions or licenses?

Here is a picture for better clarification.
