I have a cloud flow that launches several pad flows on a schedule. These flows call a web service that is only available on the internal network and return a response to the cloud flow. Looking at the process mining stats, the PAD process takes about 5 seconds to run, but the process is averaging 1.5 minutes from the call to initiate the pad flow to getting a response. Is there any way to improve this?

Nope, not really. That's quite normal, as the connection between the cloud flows and the desktop flows is in fact quite slow. It takes a while to invoke the flow, and then also to return the outputs.

If performance is very important to you, I would recommend whitelisting MS IP addresses that are used by Power Automate on your internal network and running the web service from the cloud flows.
