Hi there,
A Workstream is required on D365CS and for some reason I can't pass the Behaviour set up as the "Next" button is grey out.
Any idea why that is happening?

Ok, I had to create a new Application ID and connect the PVA to D365CS all over again.
After spend hours trying it out and waiting 15 minutes for every change made to be live, the chatbot is now connected to the Workstream demo which I used and renamed for production use.
There is no practical guide anywhere in all the tutorials as the UI and the tutorials are also not matching.
Some is old others are new.
There is no consistence in content on the Documentation according to the UI.
Spending hours to make it to work is not the ideal.
