If(gblAccess.isAdmin,Filter('My List',"User1" in 'Assigned to'.Value,Status.Value = Dropdown1.Selected.Value || Dropdown1.Selected.Value = Blank(),('Incident type'.Value = Dropdown1_1.Selected.Value || Dropdown1_1.Selected.Value = Blank())),

I'm new to powerapps trying to learn!

'm getting delegation warnings for the "in" 'assigned to' value

I have set up a collect, but not sure how to use it? I have tried to use it for the 'Assigned to'.Value but still getting errors

Any help is appreciated!

Collect(assignedtoP, Choices('My List'.'Assigned to'));

    @Arrinx

    The "in" operator is not delegatable in SharePoint.  It is not an error, just a warning. See @WarrenBelz 's blog Practical PowerApps for more information and some ways to help with it.

    Hi @Arrinx ,

    Thanks for the mention @Drrickryp.

    I am suspecting too things here

    1. 'Assigned to' is a Person field
    2. There is only one person that it is assigned to, therefore you do not need the in filter

    If both are correct, you can use this

    Filter(
     'My List',
     (
     gblAccess.isAdmin ||
     'Assigned to'.DisplayName = "User1"
     ) &&
     (
     Len(Dropdown1.Selected.Value) = 0 ||
     Status.Value = Dropdown1.Selected.Value ||
     ) &&
     (
     Len(Dropdown1_1.Selected.Value) = 0 ||
     'Incident type'.Value = Dropdown1_1.Selected.Value
     )
    )
