Okay, looking for some ideas on how to use Power Automate to automate the following business process, or if it's even possible.
Background:
We have a SharePoint custom list that holds information about member organizations, including contact email addresses.
These contacts are then added to our Global Address List as a contact that our Board can use, and also are added to a mailing list.
The Process:
These contacts may change yearly as their board's mandate ends. We receive these contact changes, and update the SharePoint list. I then manually go into M365 admin and make these changes in the GAL.
The Question:
Can I use Power Automate to do this automatically? When the contact columns in SharePoint change, can I use this as a trigger to find the listing in the GAL and make the change?
If this is not possible, are there any other workarounds to automate this process? Our org is on a non-profit license and a limited budget, so any solutions using non-profit solutions are preferable 🙂
