User permission in SharePoint list- Powerapps

Hi All,

I am facing issue with one of my powerapps. I have created a powerapps form from where the user can upload the file.
These are uploaded to sharepoint list and then copied to a document library using power automate.
User is getting permission error while uploading the file to sharepoint list.

It's not possible for me give everyone individual access as there are more 300 users. How I can give them the organizational level permission?

Thanks, but I found one native group ' Everyone except external users' after adding this group my issue is fixed.
