フロー編集画面の【編集】⇒【全て選択】を押しても、選択できない。
解決方法をご存じないですか？
Ican't select actions. In edittingscreen,press【Ctrl+A】
You can't select actions if your flow is running.
Check your flow and stop it if is running..

I noticed that Ctrl+A or Edit -> Select all doesn't work if you haven't clicked in the actions window first.Just select any action and it should work, as long as the flow isn't running (as ViliBit mentioned)
