First of all, have you tried to paste some sample table data into your forum? Is that works fine?
web app .. not accessible for you .. it can't be pasted with the borders
Attempt copying data from an Excel sheet that's formatted with borders, and then paste it into your form. Observe whether the pasted content retains the border formatting or appears as normal text.
