Send email every hour with html-table info

Hi, I am building a time report App. I have a button that will send the generated html-table to my email. But, I want to add a back up plan, if I for some reason accidentally exit the app, or if the computer shuts down, so that I do not lose all data.

My plan in to send the html-table via email every hour during business hour, ie between 9 - 17. But I have no idea how to do this.

I think I have to use Power automate, but I have no idea how to set it to send an email every hour or how to get the html-table in the email body. I thought it was only to add the code I have on my email button, but that does not work.

So I have two questions, how do I get the html-table in Body and how do I set it to send every hour?

Hi, I do not now how to delete a post. I just manage to solve this myself, so no help needed.

Perhaps I should write what I did.
I used a new timer, with duration 60000 (1 hour). AutoPause - false, AutoStart - true, OnTimerEnd - SendBackUpEmail.Run(HtmlText1.HtmlText) where SendBackUpEmail is my power automation flow, and HtmlText1.HtmlText is the body of the Send email activity in the flow.
